l We offer four delivery services: UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
l Due to significant variations in the size and weight of our products, shipping fees and taxes will be calculated based on the shipping address provided in your order.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a customer needs to ship to multiple addresses, they must place separate orders and provide each address during checkout.

Need to Know
MateLaser is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, MateLaser is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, we will work with the carriers to address such issues.
Claims for Lost, Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Products
Lost, missing, or wrong/damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered. For incorrect or damaged items, accompanying pictures must be submitted. MateLaser reserves the right to restrict and/or reject the reshipment and/or refund of an order/item under any circumstances. In cases where a courtesy reshipment is issued, the reshipment order is not eligible for return and/or refund.
Questions Frequently Asked
Q: Can I change the delivery address after my package has been shipped?
Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to update any order details, please do so before the shipment is dispatched.
Q: What should I do if I provided the wrong address?
If an incorrect address is provided by the customer and it results in the package being lost or unrecoverable, the customer will be responsible for the loss. MateLaser will not replace the order or issue a refund in this case.
