MaterLaser is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit due to improper packaging or carrier handling.


03 Inspection & Processing

Returns are typically inspected and processed within 1–5 business days after delivery to our return facility.


04 Refunds

Once your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.


Exchanges
